An ImTT intensive achieves in two or three days what weekly therapy often takes months to reach — and it can be delivered via PSYPACT telehealth, wherever you are in the 44 authorized states.
What Is an ImTT Intensive?
An ImTT intensive is a concentrated, multi-day treatment program in which Dr. Flores works with you in extended daily sessions focused exclusively on Image Transformation Therapy. Rather than 50-minute weekly appointments over many months, an intensive compresses that processing into a structured 2 or 3-day experience — with adequate breaks, integration time, and clinical support throughout.
This format is particularly effective for combat PTSD, single-incident trauma, and complex presentations that have not responded to standard weekly therapy. The continuity of intensive work allows the processing of multiple interconnected traumatic images without the weekly interruption that can disrupt momentum.
Who Is an Intensive Right For?
- Veterans and active military who cannot commit to weekly ongoing therapy due to deployment schedules, rural location, or cultural preference for a bounded, time-limited engagement
- First responders who need to address trauma without months of weekly appointments
- Individuals who have tried weekly EMDR or CPT without adequate results and need a different intensity of approach
- High-functioning professionals — executives, medical professionals, legal professionals — who need treatment that fits a demanding schedule
- Individuals outside the PSYPACT states who can receive intensive services in New Orleans in person
